Collective Bargaining Agreement

The NHLPA and NHL ratified a four-year extension to the CBA (through 2025-26) and a Return to Play Plan, July 10, 2020. The terms of this deal are set forth in a detailed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
The prior Agreement was ratified by NHLPA membership on January 12, 2013, concluding a four-month lockout by NHL owners.
