Erik Gudbranson has experienced certain moments where he disagreed with his coaches’ choices and decisions, but that comes with working as part of a team. You can’t decide everything, and you’d be surprised how far being respectful and being a good team player will take you. 

Erik’s advice is to do everything with a smile on your face and maintain a level of respect with your coach and teammates - any disagreements along the way will fade if you keep that in mind.
