NHLPA.com Player of the Week Tuukka Rask helped his Boston Bruins build their five-game win streak by posting three consecutive wins to help his team improve their playoff position.

Rask turned aside 75 shots over the week, starting with 24 saves in a 4-1 victory for the Black and Gold over the Nashville Predators at TD Garden.

The win also marked a healthy return to the net after Rask sat out the Bruins' previous game against the New York Islanders with a lower-body injury.

With the Florida Panthers in town Saturday, Rask was named the game's first star again as he continued to help the Bruins right the ship with 24 saves in a 5-2 win for the team's fourth straight win after dropping four in a row.

While his shutout marked the 37th of his career, Rask finished his week with a .967 save percentage and a goals against average of one.
