Vladimir Tarasenko completed the rally for the St. Louis Blues in a 3-2 win at Scottrade Center Friday by netting the game-winner as part of a two-goal night.
Tarasenko (2-0β2) got the Blues on the board in the first period with a power-play goal to even out the score 1-1.
With Just under four minutes left to play in the third period, Tarasenko struck again for the game-winner by cashing in a skate pass from Joel Edmundson.
Tarasenko also had a dear friend in the crowd.

Some will remember the bright and familiar face belonging to Arianna Dougan. Tarasenko and Dougan first became friends back in 2015 during Hockey Fights Cancer Night in St. Louis. This February, Tarasenko made sure he was the winning bidder at a Casino Night live auction on a trip for two on the St. Louis Bluesβ charter plane to two regular season road games, so he could gift it to Arianna as a birthday present.
As their special connection continues to grow, Tarasenko just may want Arianna to attend every Blues game for the rest of the postseason.
