NHL To Implement Hybrid Icing for 2013-14 Season

The National Hockey League Players’ Association (NHLPA) and the National Hockey League (NHL) announced today that Hybrid Icing will be implemented for the commencement of the 2013-14 regular season. The Hybrid Icing rule had been tested during the 2013-14 preseason.
