In the 10th edition of the NHLPA Player Poll, NHL players from each of the 32 clubs were surveyed anonymously by the NHLPA during the first half of the regular season. NHLPA members were surveyed on 12 hockey-related questions.

Thirty-two NHL players from across the membership achieved a top-five placement in this season’s NHLPA Player Poll results. The players were asked to pick the most complete NHL player; the goalie, forward and defenceman they consider the best in the league; the best playmaker; the best skater; the player with the best fashion sense; which PWHL rule/format change they would like to see in the NHL; and more. In the first ever fan-submitted question of the NHLPA Player Poll, fans wanted to know which player is considered the smartest overall by their peers.
