Originally aired February 26, 2003, Jocelyn and Brett try their hands in the kitchen to prep a meal fit for a hockey player. The netminder is featured during his time with the Chicago Blackhawks on the heels of a career-high 33 wins the season prior.

Born in Montreal, Quebec, Thibault suited up for his home province after being drafted in the first round of the 1993 NHL Draft by the Quebec Nordiques. He also went on to play for the Montreal Canadiens before playing his final game for the Buffalo Sabres. 

Fun fact: Thibault went down in history as the winning goaltender of the very last game played at Montreal Forum, Maple Leafs Gardens, and Capital Centre.

Then and now

Thibault currently resides in Sherbrooke, Quebec, and is a father of three girls Noemie, Zoe, and Annabel. After his playing days were over, Thibault cited a desire to stay in the world of hockey. He was among a group of people to orchestrate the building of a multipurpose sports complex in the area, which opened in 2011. 

In 2011, Thibault tried hsi hand at coaching the expansion QMJHL's Sherbrooke Phoenix, and currently serves as the club's general manager.
