“We’re Italian, so there’s going to be a lot of food. To start, we’re going to put a few Margherita pizzas out. Those are always good.”

“We also have to serve the Italian deli experience. There will be some prosciutto, mortadella, capocollo and some nice stinky cheese. We’d have all that out. That’s a good appetizer, too.”

“We’ll stick with some nice spaghetti along with a nice tomato sauce. That’s something I think everyone would like. Nice and simple, but delicious.”

“We’d also have some chicken cutlets out as well. They’re excellent. Those always go over well.”
