The goal was Karlsson's second of the postseason, and also his second game-winner.
The Swedish captain (1-1—2) posted his second consecutive multi-point game after putting up three assists in Game 5.
Karlsson currently leads all defencemen in assists and points with 2-11—13 over the 2017 Stanley Cup Playoffs, averaging over a point a game in the first two rounds, all while extending franchise records for assists and points by a defenceman in a postseason.
The Senators will face either the Washington Capitals or Pittsburgh Penguins the Capitals, an outcome that will be decided in Wednesday's Game 7 matchup.
