Pekka Rinne was outstanding in Game 4, making 23 saves to backstop the Nashville Predators’ 4-1 win over the Pittsburgh Penguins Monday night, tying the Stanley Cup Final at 2-2.

Rinne put his entire skill set on display to help the Preds win back-to-back games at a raucous Bridgestone Arena, quelling any concerns about the netminder after the team dropped its first two games in Pittsburgh.

"You always have ups and downs, you try to stay even keeled," Rinne told reporters. "I don't want to really look back yet. I mean we have work to be done, but I'm sure at the end of the day when you look back, it's a roller coaster and it's an emotional ride. It's no different, these finals. In the first two games, we did a lot of good things. Personally, wasn't really happy with mine, but obviously these two games have been huge for us and personally too."

With the game tied at 1-1 tie to start the second period, Rinne pulled out all the stops to give the Predators the time they needed to find their offensive touch and put the game away.

The puck drops on Game 5 in Pittsburgh at PPG Paints Arena Thursday.
