Executive Board

The NHLPA Executive Board is made up of one Player Representative and one Alternate from each of the 32 Clubs.

Elected by their teammates, these players shape policy, guide union strategy and protect the collective interests of NHL players across the league.

The Executive Director, Marty Walsh, who oversees the NHLPA’s daily operations, serves as a non-voting member of the Board.
